Sky Writing -

Focus verse:  read Psalm 36:5  ( your love, O Lord, reaches to the heavens, your faithfulness to the skies)

 Find a video of a sky writer -or at your local air show…have the kids notice that the writing looks like shaving cream.   What an awesome way to have someone get our message ; to write it across the sky.

 Does God ever write across the sky for us?  What about rainbows, the sunshine just when we need it?  Have you ever been outside and watched a storm be all around you?  Or watched a single bird put on a show just for you?

 Take a can of shaving cream (the dollar store has them).  Spray a message on a piece of plastic, or the lawn, or even the mirror…have the kids write, “God love for me is as high as the sky”

Remind the kids that John 3:16 tells us just how much God loves us.  He gave up His only Son, just for each one of us.

 Ask each member of the family – when do you feel God’s love?  What are some ways God has shown his love to you?
